Located in the heart of bustling Ann Arbor, The Phoenix Center is a mixed-use studio space that can be tailored to meet your needs. Whether it's a judo class, dance lesson or martial arts event, The Phoenix Center can be turned into anything and everything. The dual-studio facility offers rentals starting as low as $25 an hour. Owner and operator Scott Berry answered questions for Michigan Homes about The Phoenix Center.

Why should potential clients host events or functions at your location?

The Phoenix Center is a unique venue on Main St in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor. Constructed in 1868, both Studio One and Studio two offer an intimate and eclectic setting for classes and functions. Ongoing classes are held daily in both studios. Friday evenings are reserved for private events.

What can the Phoenix Center offer that other venues cannot?

Location, location, location, in addition to price and availability.

What else would you like to convey to the public about what you do?

The Phoenix Center is dedicated to creating a thriving environment for movement Arts in Ann Arbor. In doing so, it has attracted some of the premier teachers in the Midwest for Salsa, Tango, Yoga, Bagua and Capoeira.
