Katherine's Catering Does it All

With her expertise, Katherine Hilboldt Farrell and her custom menus are becoming quite well-known.

Hilboldt Farrell is the owner and of Katherine's Catering in Ann Arbor, Mich., which provides a fresh, flavorful, beautiful and bountiful dining experience for all events small and large. Known for its array of made-from-scratch bakery items, Katherine's has dishes that will wow you with tastes from Europe, Asia, India, the Mediterranean and of course, regional flavors from right here in America.

"Our culinary team is well traveled and versatile, with an endless capacity to prepare just about anything our clients wish to serve their guests," Hilboldt Farrell said with a nod to her head chef, Jim Leonardo.

Katherine's Catering is the choice caterer for all kinds of businesses and programs within a 50-mile radius of Ann Arbor, including the Jack Roth Stadium Suites (at "The Big House," or the University of Michigan football stadium), Packard Proving Grounds, The Guardian, the University of Michigan Museum of Art, Frutig Farm and the Royal Oak Farmers Market. There are three event locations which Katherine's operates as well, including Summit on the Park in Canton, Lyon Oaks in Wixom and White Lake Oaks in White Lake.

Currently, the team at Katherine's Catering is assembling the 2017 holiday menu, now available on the restaurant's website. The three-course meals will incorporate some 30 permutations of appetizers, entrees and desserts, with items suitable for any pallet.

But Hilboldt Farrell said she and her team are always thrilled to create the perfect combination of dishes based on your guest list, as customized menus are par for the course at Katherine's.

"In addition to personalized events and customized menus, our portfolio of services includes coordination of china, glassware, linens, tables, tents and lighting," Hilboldt Farrell said. "We also provide décor and flowers, bartending and beverage service and professional servers and more."

Hilboldt Farrell understands that the most important piece of your event is trust, and she promises from your first meeting with the team that it will prove its communication, trust and expertise is second to none.

"My professional endeavors are an extension of my inner passions," Hilboldt Farrell said. "I love my work because it connects so much of what is important in life; family, friends and community...and of course food."
