Better Quality Carpets And Floors Only Provides The Best

By Michael Abelson

The metropolitan Detroit area can walk well thanks to Better Quality Carpets and Floors. The family-run business provides top-shelf flooring and carpeting, across a wide variety of materials and styles, for Detroiters. With three offices in the area, there's always someone around to help answer questions or get an estimate in timely fashion. Cliff Crippen, the owner, answered some questions for Michigan Homes about his company's continued success.

What separates your business from competitors?

The first thing is that we preview hundreds of carpets before we offer them for sale. We make sure we only offer the better ones, just like our name. Because we are a shop at home service we are consistently and substantial below the prices charged by carpet stores and big box stores. And we are a fourth generation family business.

How can your services add value to any type of home?

New carpeting, or hardwood can beautify a Home but also increase the resale value. Replacing old carpet has dramatic results.

What else would you like to convey to the public about your business? What do you enjoy about your job?

Because we are a fourth generation family business we take our responsibility to offer better grades of Carpets, at all price points as well as expert installation.
